Chicken Burrito Bowl with Pineapple Habanero Banana Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Rice (whatever kind you like)
  • Protein: Chicken, breast or thighs, you choose 
  • Veggies: lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions, whatever
  • Avocado 
  • Ben & Pat’s Banana Pepper Sauce

Steps:

  1. Cook the rice until it's fluffy and not wet. Don't take the cover off until it's done, which is a problem because it's hard to know when it's done. 
  2. Grill the chicken, or bake it. If you want a lot of noise and smoke, pan fry them until the fire alarm goes off.
  3. Add rice to a bowl.
  4. Add chicken and veggies to the bowl.
  5. Dump Pineapple Habanero Banana Pepper Sauce on top like it’s doing all the work.
  6. Pair it with a cool beverage.
