Chicken Burrito Bowl with Pineapple Habanero Banana Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
- Rice (whatever kind you like)
- Protein: Chicken, breast or thighs, you choose
- Veggies: lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions, whatever
- Avocado
- Ben & Pat’s Banana Pepper Sauce
Steps:
- Cook the rice until it's fluffy and not wet. Don't take the cover off until it's done, which is a problem because it's hard to know when it's done.
- Grill the chicken, or bake it. If you want a lot of noise and smoke, pan fry them until the fire alarm goes off.
- Add rice to a bowl.
- Add chicken and veggies to the bowl.
- Dump Pineapple Habanero Banana Pepper Sauce on top like it’s doing all the work.
- Pair it with a cool beverage.
