Banana Pepper Sauce + Maine Moose Chili

As a homage to the great Maine Moose, we are sharing our Banana Pepper Sauce + Maine Moose Chili recipe made from a real Maine Moose. Meaty, hot, tangy, and bold, this Moose Chili is vintage Maine. Our banana pepper sauce kicks up this meaty chili to give you the perfect bite every time.
2 LBs ground Moose meat
2 24 oz Standard Jars of Tomato Sauce
2 16 oz Can Black Beans
2 16 oz Can Cannelloni Beans
2 16 oz Can Kidney Beans
1 TBLSP Garlic Salt
1 TBLSP Onion Power
1/2 Cup Banana Pepper Sauce (more or less to taste)
Some Oil (like Canola)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Dollop of Sour Cream
Heat oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add moose and brown. Lower heat to medium-low. Add tomato sauce, beans, garlic salt, onion powder and banana pepper sauce and stir. Simmer on low for at least 30 minutes. Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
